Terms of Service
What you buy
BillFlare sells digital goods: source code ZIPs (kits) for developers. Kits are sold as-is. You deploy and run them on your own Cloudflare and Stripe accounts.
License
When you buy a kit, you get a license to use that kit’s source in your own projects. You may not resell or redistribute the kit source as a competing product, template pack, or marketplace listing.
Not a hosted service
We do not host your app or billing. There is no uptime SLA for your deployments.
Payment
Payment is through Stripe. Prices are in USD as shown at checkout.
Refunds
Contact us within 7 days if the ZIP was undelivered or corrupt. We do not refund after a successful download for a change of mind or because you did not read the product scope.
Warranty and responsibility
Beyond fixing delivery problems, kits are developer tools with no other warranty. You are responsible for your Stripe and Cloudflare setup and for your own compliance.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that purchase.
